I want to make you are aware of the review I have posted on Mywallet, Yelp and your facebook page: I am so disappointed in this credit union. I have been with credit unions for over 30 years and this one for 3 years, but I have had my last straw. They are backward, not up to processes. My mortgage loan originator never answers his phone. After 77 days into this home loan process I am done with TTCU and will never do business with this company again.

I've been a Tulsa teacher and member of TTCU for 26 years. I have an excellent credit score. I apply for a 20k car loan and am told by an underwriter that in order to qualify I must pay off a $1,700 ATV loan with a different creditor. I've never been late on any payment in my life. TTCU is of no value to me as a teacher. My accounts will be transferred soon.
Money scavenging company that hides pending transactions from you so that you overdraft your account and claim to not allow overdraft. They then proceed to to hit you with usually a $22 overdraft fee. They are not responsible with your money and do not abide by their own terms of service. Awful money hungry company.
I have a car loan with TTCU and now whenever I want to apply an extra principal pymt to my loan, they assume it is their right to take out any accrued interest from the principal pymt I am making? Even if I tell tell them that it is a principal pymt, they now tell me that they are required to deduct all accrued interest due on the loan, even though I make regular mnthly ptmts?? THIS HIGHLY UNETHICAL AND I AM PULLING MY LOAN FROM THIS ORGANIZATION AND NOW THEY WILL NOT MAKE ANY FUTURE INTEREST AT ALL FROM MY CAR LOAN. LOL
they are collecting overdraft fees during the covid-19 outbreak. That is complete trash.
I am a physician and during the Covid-19 crisis I overlooked a payment with TTCU. I was treated rudely by collections (Glenda), and my apologies feel on deaf ears. Shortly after catching up the payment, I received another call from Glenda requesting immediate payment of $58 for extra fees. In comparison, Arvest reached out to my family and asked if we needed any assistance during this time, and our student loan bank (Great Lakes) suspended interest and payments for the near future. They suck..bought truck ran into financial hard times because of being crime victims and a tornado..Muskogee branch said cancel gap and extended warranty and apply funds to loan and they would rewrite note and get cheaper payments ...they sent paperwork saying funds were applied to payments..all good..then went in to rewrite note..said Tulsa office said no..and funds weren't applied to payments..each division tells you something different ..bunch of liars,all of letters,statements they mailed contradicted each other??told th... read more
