So far, not impressed at all. This branch recently took ownership of my bank that I've been with for over 23 years. I'm from a small close knit town where you could always walk right in and get things taken care of right then! Now have to "wait" on MAIN branch for approvals etc. And hard to get a live person on phone and to many different options to choose from you finally give up. And getting the online banking set up is a nightmare from what I've heard..haven't even attempted that headache yet. Thinking about moving banks.
