Absolutely disgusting service, I had privately messaged waiting for a response! But nothing... I came in Wednesday for acrylics, I explained at one point my nail was burning, was told its fine, put my hand under the lamp and my nails were on fire the burning was painful, I removed my hand for it to be physically shoved back under, this happened on more than 1 occasion, I asked for pink and got purple, so mentioned it, they replied next time! I have been using TT Nails for quite a few years and I always leave with fabulous looking nails, and today was I over the moon with my chrome nail design for my daughters wedding...thank you Mandy and team
