Tammy was excellent in handling both my mother and myself, especially my mother who will question and re-question many times during the same phone conversation. Tammy was very patient with her, even when she wasn't going to get credit for the sale due to being in a state she doesn't cover. My mom was handed over to Martin and he also was so patient with her. I wouldn't have been able to hold it together ! They were great

We work with many different personalities and don't mind the questions at all, even those that are asked more than once. As for the insurance service for seniors - all I know is that I have not used it, yet. I got the prescriptions at a better price. (The cost of medications have become ridiculous.) I would not have started getting insurance for seniors until I started to draw on my retirement, but it stated that if I did not get it when i turned 65 that it may cost more. It's one that many people may find value in because so many are unaware of the penalties that apply if you do not enroll in Medicare when first eligible (under certain circumstances). We love all of the feedback we receive but this is an especially important situation and goes to show that what you don't know can hurt you sometimes. Great service. Jim followed up with me on a regular basis. Explained things in great detail and patiently answered all my questions.
