I want to let your company know that your agent, Emily, went “above and beyond the call of duty” in assisting me with a WellCare application. I was on the phone with her and Well Care on 3 different phone calls which came to a total of 6 hours!! Unbelievable!! What I think is mr. Kenneth Connor is probably the best employee you've had in a long time he is excellent at what he does he's kind and considerate and very very patient this is the third letter I've written but I seem to have a hard time getting it to go where I needed to go but I really hope that in the future that I will be able to have him for my insurance agent
