Farah ******** is a very good agent... She has gone out of her way to help me get my coverages for when I turn 65. She gave me dates to call her back and she was there for me. She had to get back to me when she found the right death benefits package for me.. and she did. And Farah recommended me to another agent to help me get life insurance. The specialist that assisted me was knowledgeable, polite and made this transaction a great experience. Although I had been previously briefed on what my options, I later found out that I was not given all the information that I needed to make an informed decision.
