I was have a difficult time finding my Medicare supplement plan. I spoke to several different agencies only to be even more confused than when I started. Then I called Trusted Senior Specialists. The agent I spoke with was very helpful and just a delightful young lady. She put me at ease, answered all of my questions and was not at all pushy. She told me I didn't need to make a rushed decision, just take some time to look over the plans we had discussed. Within minutes she had emailed the plan comparisons that I felt was the best fit for my personal situation. My agent informed me if I had questions or concerns to call her personally at any time. By the end of our conversation I felt like I had made a new friend.
