Navraj went over and above what I could ever have hoped for with medicare. She made it clear, not scary or intimidating, and even helped with advice and filling out forms that I had questions on for my state. I recommend all seniors, or people trying to help out their loved ones to use this service.

I am a bi-vocational Pastor of a small church. I'd like t I've a review of Ms. ****** Dh. After speaking with no less than 8 customer service and specialist, I was referred to Ms. Dh. After about 15 seconds, she knew what I needed. Ms. ****** explained because I am a federal retiree, all rules are different. She remained on the phone with me, confirming the plans I need and cancelling any I do not need. I felt a breath of fresh air! She was very pleasant as well as well as knowledgeable. This lady is a jewel. I will refer her any chance I have!

Trusted Senior Specialists, LLC & Especially Brian Lee made choosing which plan and ultimately signing up for Medicare a stress free, painless operation.
