I just finished working with Martin ********* at Trusted Senior Specialist LLC. I had been receiving a abundance of mailed and phoned information re supplemental insurance once I reach Medicare age in December 2016 and was feeling quite overwhelmed. Martin took time to explain, and reexplain when necessary, everything I needed to know to make a good decision. Then he patiently completed the application;. I feel much relief at having this completed.

I cannot praises my agent, Martin *********, enough. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and very helpful in helping me make decisions on my upcoming enrollment into Medicare and supplements that I will need in my older years. I have recently signed up for ******** to begin in February 2017. I was fortunate enough to have Samera ***** to help me get the process completed. I admit I was not looking forward to the process. Very good experience!!! We had been in a couple of prior meetings with people helping us sort through our options. I saw the ad on ** & clicked it. I got a call from Martin ********* & he went above & beyond providing me with different options & my special requests to help us make a final decision. "They" sure don't make it an easy process & Martin's expertise made it much less confusing. My experience with Trusted Senior Specialists was wonderful. From the receptionist who answers each time I call, to the agent who helped me. I have found their staff to be knowledgeable, caring and dedicated to helping me with my questions.
