Dr Davidson got my prescription wrong and snuck in a bifocal reading lens I didn't want. After feeling like I was wearing fun house glasses for a couple days I went in to redo the eye exam and reorder lenses. The staff member gave me attitude that I didn't need to check the exam. After I get my non bifocal lenses I'll never go back. Plenty of other good doctors out there who will take their time and explain everything.
RecommendedEmily was awesome with our autistic foster son . So patient . I would recommend her to any kiddos. The staff also were very patient and quick helping us get glasses !
I have been going here for years and have had only 1 dissatisfied experience. I ordered a pair of glasses and did not get what I ordered. I took them in and Dr. Matt and Michelle made it right, no questions asked. I would recommend you check them out.
I have observed this business deteriorate over the past few years and this year as I planned to get my 4th pair from them will not happen...Why??? because they do not answer their phone or must intentionally leave it busy...time to move on and not waste it trying to get a hold of a business that many others will be happy to accomodate me...
Michelle educated me so much on options and insurance and glasses. Awesome service all around.
Excellent Doctors and knowledgeable staff, excellent care on all levels. Fast and timely service, great and up to date selection of eyewear as well. All go above and beyond for the best customer service available.
