I was very pleased with my appointment today. . Dr Jill answered all my questions .
I was very sick in early March and it affected my eyes. Dr. Truitt was not only very compassionate about the sickness I had experienced but she came up with a game plan to help my eyes work correctly again.I am forever grateful to her.
Had appointment today and it went very well. Saw a new doctor and she was very nice and shared lots of good recommendations for the issue I have. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.
Dr. Shannon is fantastic, as are all of their doctors and staff. My husband and I have been trusting them with our vision for years, and it is time for our 8 year old to get her first glasses. She is excited for her glasses to come in, and the sweet lady who helped her pick cool color-changing frames was amazing. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Sue does an incredible job with my children, and myself! We have seen every doctor in the office and have yet to experience anything but exceptional care.
Always very friendly and helpful been going for about 4 to 5 years and will continue .
Dr. Susan Truitt is amazing!! Unfortunately, I was told my new insurance would be accepted and it wasn’t. Office staff needs to do a better job answering questions about insurance. I’ve wasted my time and possibly could have chosen one that was accepted. Now I must find a new Optomitrist.
They did awesome with making myself and boys feel safe during this COVID period. As always, the staff and doctor were all AMAZING with my boys and I will continue to use them for our whole family.
