RecommendedI had a painful stye and I called and they were able to get me in the next day. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Thank you for everyone being so kind. Definitely recommend.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly staff and a modern, open glasses fitting area. The offices were very clean and the staff was even more adept at disinfecting common surfaces. Dr. Sanata was quick and very thorough in her examination and prescribed the most comfortable set of contacts ever. I would definitely recommend going here if you’re in the Columbus area!
They did a great exam and made some good recommendations for glasses/contacts.
I have been a patient at numerous optometrist offices (due to career movement) and Truitt and Truitt is the best place I have gone for my optometry needs. The receptionists are very friendly when you arrive. The assistants then take you to use the most up-to-date equipment to analyze your eyes before the doctor sees you for your exam. Two years running we show up for appointments and we are not scheduled. Both time we were told before we hung up the phone we were assured our family of 4 was scheduled. This year we asked to make sure since the problems last year. We show up today and one of the four are on the books. today was the last time I will ever step foot in that business again. Sad that we have been going there for 20+ years and the last two years caused us to leave forever.
