Very good and professional service. Everything is done to my standards except for notification and approval of extra applications ( grubs).

Whenever I am at home, my specialist Troy explains to me why he is going to apply and what it is for. He also asks me if I have any covers or questions. It is comforting to know that he takes the time to do this knowing that he is busy with other customers as well.
The specialist was very friendly and professional. I did not watch the specialist do his work, however the treatments prior to the last one appeared to be adequate.
I received the phone call that alerted me to a service. I was not at home during the service, but the usual paperwork from a service visit was present, when I got home. I am pleased with the service that TrueGreen provides.
I have had TruGreen caring for my front and back yards over a period of some years. Their service has always been prompt, with documentation of what was done and what watering or other needs I should be aware of. We have a dog and they have always called ahead to let me know and then carefully locked the gates after their service. We fight a battle with moles in the yard. While the grub treatment hasn't eliminated them, they seem to be slowly losing ground in my yard.
