My lawn looks good and the gentlemen who come are polite and explain what they are going to do. I have no complaints with your products or service.
Lived up to the program outlined in contract, or service requested. Called ahead of time and showed up on day they said they were coming to treat lawn. Service tech were always courteous and answered all questions. If We weren't at home, then left computer printout stating service performed and suggestions on watering and mowing heights. Very satisfied.
The yard work is excellent. The current billing scheme leaves something to be desired. The work is done. There is a notification of the work, the same day. Several days later I will receive the invoice in the mail from the home office. I usually have less than ten days to payment due.
