Most important: Very clean, very friendly, very relaxing. I loved the intensity of the sensory deprivation but it was harder to truly embrace than I expected. The new client video is SO true. You have to work at relaxing but once you get there it’s memorable. I can’t wait to go again because what they say is true, the more floats you do, the better you’ll get at it and you’ll take more from it.
RecommendedSuper clean and friendly staff. Probably the most relaxed I have ever felt physically and sensations I can’t describe other than being “free” and “suspended” in air. The oxygen bar and the amenities are a bonus. I will be back!
I can’t speak highly enough about True REST. The staff is very attentive and kind and the facility is beautiful. The float itself is indescribable. I was in for an hour and it felt like only fifteen minutes. Such an excellent way to relieve stress. Today was my first float but I signed up for the monthly membership!

What a unique and very interesting experience. I have never done this before and overall loved it. Will have to do it again to see if the experience gets better the 2nd and third time. Very clean facility. Everything was explained well.
