I have done over 100 hours of floatation therapy at several different locations. This spa was by far the most well organized and had the best therapeutic environment. The owner has a great spirit and heart of gold and made us feel like we were right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking healing and a better way of living!
My first experience was very relaxing. Love the float, so I bought a membership. The introduction video was very helpful when I started over thinking it I counted to 300 plus I did feel the urge to get out early again I count to 300 and I relaxed again. Next time I want to try listening to the relaxation music instead of my breathing. Also going to request the flip flops because it was really wet in the room. The facilities are gorgeous. The intro movie was a hoot And very informative. Can't wait to get back for more float time.
