I have done over 100 hours of floatation therapy at several different locations. This spa was by far the most well organized and had the best therapeutic environment. The owner has a great spirit and heart of gold and made us feel like we were right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking healing and a better way of living!
My first experience was very relaxing. Love the float, so I bought a membership. The introduction video was very helpful when I started over thinking it I counted to 300 plus I did feel the urge to get out early again I count to 300 and I relaxed again. Next time I want to try listening to the relaxation music instead of my breathing. Also going to request the flip flops because it was really wet in the room.
