Really disappointed. I scheduled my wife a much needed Float spa appointment for today due to me breaking my foot and resulting in her running our business alone the last two weeks so She deserved some relaxation. She left plenty early but a traffic accident caused her to arrive 5minutes late, and they got snappy with her telling her she had to be 30 minutes early to the appointment so she was really 35 minutes late.
