RecommendedI absolutely LOVE my float sessions. They are something I look forward to every time, and this session was no exception. After a very hectic week, relaxing and letting all the stress melt away inside the tranquility of the float pod was exactly what I needed!! As a Certified Holistic Health & Lifestyle Coach, I strongly recommend floating for relaxations, detoxification, pain relief, improved sleep, and the list goes on. If you’ve never floated, you really must give it a try!!
I’ve floated several times at a different location, but my first visit here at the Rocky River. Very clean facility, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Go get your float on!
I feel amazing after I float - it's been a different kind of kind of amazing (mind / body) after each float and I can't wait to my next one. The staff (and tea) are always wonderful. I definitely recommend trying True REST!!!!!

Had my first float today and I will be most definitely be coming back! My favorite part was hearing all my bones, muscles, and joints crack and pop. You truly feel the benefits and your body relaxing while you're in the pod. You definitely don't need any more chiropractor visits after coming here. Also one of the best showers I've ever taken. I recommend this to ANYBODY, especially those of us who live in chronic pain! 💛🌊
I floated for the first time today! The spa was clean & relaxing. The employees were very friendly & welcoming. I loved floating & relaxing! I highly recommend going! I hope to go back!!!
Went to the True Rest Foat Spa for the first time and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and the float was a great way to relax after a long week.
Wonderful relaxing experience. I actually fell asleep.
