It was nothing short of amazing!! The ladies at the front desk made it feel very comfortable and they were really nice and explained any questions I had. I feel so relaxed and so light I am so happy with my results! I will be for sure going again with our a doubt!Plus the place and every room is very clean and just has a great cleaning feel along with smell. I highly recommend anyone going that may have stress or anxiety I feel like I just had an amazing sleep on a cloud
I started at True Rest 7 weeks ago as a new “floater”. I absolutely love this place. I am definitely obsessed with floating now and do not know how I lived without. Kendra is amazing. She is always kind and ready to help with whatever I need and genuinely concerned about making the appointment the best it can be. She is helpful with suggestions on music to listen to while floating and what CBD options that are available there that would work best for me. She is a huge part of what makes this place so great.

Had my first float yesterday, it was absolutely amazing! So relaxing. Extremely impressed wirh the cleanliness of the whole place. It was a very peaceful and enjoyable experience. I just purchased the 3 floats for 149. Looking forward to using them. 🧘♀️❤

i don't even know where or how to explain how amazing my first float experience was! the girls were so nice and the entire place is just very calming. this was like a whole different experience for me and my husband and i definitely recommend i noticed a difference just after one float i can only imagine once i go even more! Place was very clean and i definitely recommend.
Absolutely restorative for the mind, body and soul! My favorite spa days are at True Rest! 💙
