True is such a fabulous place. It is really diverse-so great to be amongst all age ranges, and therefore has a 100% welcoming feel. The trainers are so dedicated, knowledgeable and personable. You genuinely feel very looked after eg post injury, later in life, for weight loss. True really helps you build back up, get confident or just get you started.
This isn’t your average Gym, if you’re more interested in learning new skills than taking selfies I highly recommend True. I used to go to gyms years ago and had got out of the habit especially as my old gym buddy can no longer join. It’s too easy to say I will go tomorrow, but tomorrow never comes, the accountability of knowing you’re taking someone’s place if you don’t show up is enough motivation to get me there. The attention to detail and personal one to one tuition is fantastic. I’ve been a member of a well known gym chain for over 20 years and the trainers are not a touch on the level provided by true personal training. It may not have the vast amounts of equipment or the facilities larger gyms provide but it’s more than made up by the experience, the care and friendliness off the instructors. Highly recommended
Great value for money, friendly and personable trainers who tailor to all individual needs.
Best thing I have done in years joining True. Great friendly professional staff. At my age of 75 you are forced to have reservations …but believe me they were unfounded.
