Fantastic experience at True Personal Training. All the trainers are fantastic, and have so much time for you. Such a welcoming environment, can't recommend it enough to anyone who may be a little nervous about getting into the gym!

I’m 1 month in to my membership and really enjoying my experience. I feel stronger already and friends have commented on my more positive attitude. The gym is open at a time that’s convenient for me before work and I find all the personal trainers professional but approachable and friendly. I’m really glad I took the plunge and joined. It’s definitely impacted on my mental wellbeing in a positive way.
