Maxwell couldn't even look at my car until next week, right now, I am now picking my car up before easter weekend. I felt like they rolled out the red carpet compared w/ other Austin Ford Service Centers.

Good to know there is still people with ethics and good character. They took care of me and didn't charge for part of my service because I was not advised in advance of a change in conditions.

Very pleased with my experience buying a vehicle here. I got a great deal on a pre-owned Toyota Highlander. Mike was friendly and helpful in getting me the information I needed to make the right decision. Travis made sure the financing and paperwork was quick and easy. I been looking for a used hybrid and they had the best price. I called them up and scheduled an appointment to go see it. I purchased it on the spot and they were able to get me better financing then my banks. Over all it was a great buying experience.

I had an unfortuante experience at Truck City Ford on November 11th, HOWEVER, the Service Manager has gone above and beyond to regain my trust and to ensure that the issue does not occur again. I appreciate the efforts that have been made and the attention that the service manager has given to the issue.

I absolutely loved my no-hassle car buying experience provided by this company. The staff were very knowledgeable and willing to help me find the right vehicle. As a first-time car buyer, I can say the experience was a pleasant one and even my co-signer who has gone through many car buying experiences said they were pretty good. After extensive research I purchased a new 2016 F250 from Steve Jackson at Truck City Ford. I was extremely pleased with how easy to work with and professional the team are at this Ford Dealership. I searched several local dealers mostly disappointed with their typical sales tactics. Truck City is customer service focused with a great selection of Ford trucks. I highly recommend Steve and the entire team down in Buda!
