Bought a truck there yesterday, Mason was great. No BS and understand what my price is and what I wanted and needed and got me a great deal. Feels comfortable with the people there without any hassles. I would recommend and go back if I need another truck!

Very disappointed with the service at the service dept. Rude employees and are just there to take your money whether out of pocket or warranty it's not right to attempt to double dip if work was paid 600 miles prior along with a fuel pump that went out 2yrs ago (fixed at this location)but we missed it by 2 weeks over and trying to charge a $230 diagnostic fee for the same issue...This location has lost our business and this is the reason for a negative review...p.s I drive a Chevy he drives a Ford I haven't had these type of... read more

My first experience was not what I expected. Honestly I was disappointed. I told the manager and he rose to the occasion. They are sincerely doing the best they can at Truck city to overcome the renovation dust and usual employee problems. I believe as they are aware of the high standard they want to reach, they will achieve it with this manager at their side. Thank you Mike service manager for going above and beyond !i look forward to many years keeping my car running smoothly.
Brandon Cronk and Truck City was awesome to do business with. I live in Irving TX and would definitely make the drive again to purchase another vehicle. Dee was so amazing by finding me the PERFECT vehicle when I emailed her in the morning and told her what I wanted, and I was able to purchase my vehicle 8 hours later.
