Maria was absolutely amazing!! She took the time to work with us and treated us as family, with such respect and patience. We weren't pressured into buying anything and got an amazing deal!! Wesley worked super hard for us and John made the paperwork process super smooth! We will NEVER buy a car anywhere else again!! Every time I've visit Truck City Ford here in Buda I've been given the up most respect. And would refer all my family members and friends. Kim Hayes work with me and my kids to make sure we got what was comfortable for us. Kim was pleasant and agreeable, he even delivered our truck to our home by driving it here him self. Thank you.
What an EXCELLENT experience! I was definitely not the easiest customer....but man oh man did Zach Hale give me the car of Dreams! My car’s name is now Freta! He even called me a day later to see how I was doing and “how the drive was” haha made me smile and totally in LOVE with my 2018 Ford Escape! Also I have to give a major shout out to wesley and John in finance! They definitely helped me out and gave me wonderful advice! Thank you for that! I can tell this place is amazing!
