My husband and I took our daughter to “look “ at vehicles. By the end of the night I had co-signed papers for a 2018 Ford Edge for her. Our salesman Eddie Haddad was very helpful and great to work with. John Jones did the financing and got the monthly payments right where we needed them to be. Mind you we were only going to “look” and get ice cream. Needless to say no ice cream. She told my husband that he tricked her. I reminded her that this same thing happened to our son. Exceptional buying experience and a great deal! Mike arranged to have 2 cars delivered from North Austin to Buda so I didn't have to drive all the way up there. He was patient while I decided between the cars and then helped me get a great deal with Velocity cu. All I had to do was drive the cars and decide which one I liked and then went about my day. He kept me updated by phone regarding my deal and when it was time, I went back in to sign papers. I did not have to spend all day at the dealership waiting to sign docs. Best... read more

I have been wanting a truck for a few years now but resisting making the purchase because I was scared of what my payment would be. By far the best experience ever, everyone at Truck city was simply awesome and made purchasing my F150 smooth sailing!! I am 66 years old and have bought several new and used vehicles in my life time truck city ford treatment of my wife and myself was the best ever. From the salesman Brandon to the salesmanager Chris to the gentleman who had us finalize the paperwork. I was impressed with the professionalism of which these people helped us .
