Talk about a disappointment, Really regret recommending this place to my brother to purchase a car. Not only did they not complete an inspection prior to us purchasing the car (he has had the car 2 months) but when we called then they asked for the chance to make it right at no cost. He drove 5 hours only to be told they won’t do anything and then went on to charge us and just said sorry we forgot to say you’d have to pay for the car to be looked at. Which was the first thing we asked!

Just got my new Ford Escape at Truck City in Buda. Amazing service and the only dealership that went out of their way to find exactly what I was looking for. I stopped at two other dealerships and they just told me, no we don’t have what you want. Monica at Truck City said I will find what you are looking for, and within 24 hours it was done! I am thrilled with the vehicle and Monica! I can’t say enough about how smooth the process went and how quickly the deal was done!! Five stars all the way!!!!!
