ddie Haddad... what hasn't been said about this man. He's a master. Working with Eddie is like working with family. He takes the time to listen to what you're saying and not just try to sell you. If you tell Eddie you need a specific setup, Eddie is going to look everywhere to try and find it for you. If you tell Eddie you need a specific payment, he's going to work with Jeremy and John to get it where it needs to be. Had a bad service experience. I took my 2019 F150 with only 5000m to get my 1st oil change. I had an appt for 10am but it took almost 6 hrs to get it done. They kept saying “we’re working on it” but they hadn’t even started until 3pm. The one good thing was after I called them on the bad service they didn’t charge me.
