Friendly, professional staff in a no pressure environment. One of best new car buying experiences I've ever had.
They lied about the timeframe it would take to diagnose our repair it took over a week. We literally had to go up there and wait in the office to get the quote. Then the service manager, Mike Roger's, called me to assure my repair would be done the next day because they had all the parts to do the repair. The next day a service rep called when my vehicle was supposed to be done and stated it would take 3 more days due to the fact they have to "catch up on work" before they could get to my vehicle.
