I had the pleasure of working with 2 salesman. Both just a couple guys that truly wanted to help at my pace, not pushy at all. I ended up working with John Jones. He was honest and admitted some of the more technical questions he couldn’t answer but brought a manager that was very knowledgeable. Great experience with this company. Walked out with a GREAT deal not just an average good deal.
Mason Ross worked for our family this past week getting us into the Expedition EL we needed for our medically fragile son, our soccer playing 8 year old and our six year old cheerleader. This Austin Fire Fighter family is thankful he was there to help seal the deal. Wheel chair/stroller fits like a glove and we didn’t have to fold down any seats so our puppy and nurses can all ride in one car with us now and that was our ultimate goal. Complete SUCCESS!!

Lauren, After reviewing your visit with everyone involved individually, we strongly believe this is a miscommunication of Friday's events. It's true the vehicle had a nail in the tire; however, we gladly offered to cover the cost to replace the tire. We also agreed to cover the cost to replace the valve cover gasket prior to you taking ownership.
