Dishonest and disorganised management lets their workers and customers down. Booked it for 11 AM. When no one turned up, I called Ronald, he explained there is a hold up: They will be there at 1PM and I will get a per hour discount. They didn’t show up until nearly 3 and no discount was applied. When I asked about it, Ronald said he will refund the difference. 3 weeks later no refund received and no reply to my follow up.
