I wouldn't use any other! We've moved 2x within the past couple years and used Tru-Spect Inspections (Specifically Greg). He got every little detail and issue (even if it wasn't a big issue). He talks and moves fast but he's going to give you a great inspection. I appreciated the inspection report, and during the walk through he made sure I didn't have any questions.
Wow what a nice guy!! Very thorough and eager to answer all questions and concerns . Overall very happy with his knowledgeable inspection and highly recommend this company!
Greg was very knowledgeable, very thorough, professional and kind. He welcomed questions, offered full explanations in trouble areas, and solutions when asked. He has an eye for details. His comprehensive report was structured to give a new home owner the path of priority, for what needs repaired or replaced. He offered to explain anything on the report, and answer further questions we may have. I recommend calling Greg for your home inspection.
Had a great experience with Greg! Very thorough and informative during our walk through. He made sure to answer all of our questions and offered to answer whatever questions we have moving forward as well. He took his time with us and we did not feel rushed at all, which was very appreciated! Would definitely recommend his services!
