This place was a bit of a weird setup. We were staying nearby. We popped on the Tuesday and the place was closed even though within the hours. Then went back the next night, the open sign had been removed from the street, but the door was still open and people still inside. We went in and got a drink, sat outside, about 20 mins later, someone came and collected some glasses. Then came back out a few mins later and said the bar was closed, put your glasses inside when you leave. It's just really random, no last orders called,... read more

Called in here for something to eat ( pre booked table as camping nearby ) The table was waiting Drinks served and menu given. There were 6 plus baby 4 of us had steak pie, and 2 had the burger. The food came fairly quickly, although we weren't in a rush but the table was booked for 7.30 again. After the main, 2 people had the special on the desert menu. Bills paid & everyone full we left, happy Ps, a deposit is asked for when booking
