Great Customer Service – I frequently travel with my dog and Trixie and Peanut has always been able to get me anything I need wherever I may be. They have the best customer service and I am always happy with my purchases. My dog especially loves their food - which they will ship anywhere! I even called them once after 8pm when I realized I had forgotten my dog's food and they overnighted it to me that night. Impressive! OVERPRICED AND POOR QUALITY PET TOTES – I purchased a pet carrier at a very hefty price this past summer. My 3 pound dog only used it for 3 months until the zipper totally gave out-it would cost me about $15.00 to replace the zipper so instead I bought another pet carrier at Walmart for $13.00 and its even nicer!! I really dont recommend this place to people who are looking for quality. Best Dog Stuff Around – I'm a guy, and yes, I buy stuff for my dog. On my boss's recommendation, I went to Trixie + Peanut this week to pick up a Christmas present and was pleasantly surprised by their selection and prices. I was expecting your typical girly pet boutique but found a place that had some great stuff. I would definitely go back.
Worst Customer Service – Incredibly rude and insulting female member of staff. Their products looked cute but I refuse to buy there now because of this.
Impressed! – I admit that shopping on the Friday before Christmas is an insane experience, however I am a procrastinator and ended up having to run into this cute doggy boutique for a present for my sister's new puggle puppy. Incredible costume selection – My yorkie and I were just invited to a Doggie Halloween costume party next week. After doing a quick search on line, we ran down to Trixie and Peanut. I couldn't believe the selection! We sat there and tried on at least 6 different costumes and I couldn't decide. Great for new dog-owners – My fiancee and I just got a brand-new Frenchie puppy and we were basically completely clueless. I went in to the store before I even got my puppy because I was so excited. The girls who work there helped me try to guess the correct sizes for half an hour even though I didn't even know how big she would be. Poor Service – Don't get me wrong, this store has a ton of cute stuff. It is a little bit pricey, but almost everything I have bought from here has been great quality. Compassionate People – I never even thought I would be a pet owner, I recently took in a yorkie rescued from a puppy mill. I have no idea what i'm doing when it comes to animals. This dog is emaciated and has lost alot of fur due to stress. I came in to get him something to keep him warm.
