Arrogant – Money is not a factor when it comes to my dogs so I was looking forward to visiting this place after reading all the positive reviews. When I walked through the door, I was met by the most arrogant employee I've ever encountered. (The boxer at the store, on the other hand, greeted me happily). The Best for Posh Pets – I have been shopping on the trixieandpeanut website ever since I got my dog and I finally got to visit the store in NYC. WOW! I was really impressed. The place was beautiful and it was so great to see everything in person. The staff was super helpful and showed me all the newest items. They even looked up my previous orders to ensure that I purchased the correct sizes for Ozzie. A Loyal Customer! – I love Trixie and Peanut and my dog loves Trixie and Peanut. I stopped in tonight and it turned out that they were hosting an event for the Humane Society. It was really busy but the staff was really helpful assisting with my exchange and we even got champagne and a goodie bag. I have been shopping here for over three years and they have the best merchandise, selection, service and prices.
Arrogant and Overbearing staff gets business NO WHERE – I love the decor of this store, I love the items that are there, so cute and perfect for my dogs, but the staff is all together a different situation. Best Boutique for All Animals! – Trixie and Peanut is awesome. My friend just got a little dwarf bunny and I went to a number of pet stores looking for an apporpriate gift. I was unable to find anything until I stopped into Trixie and Peanut. The sales staff was so great and really helpful. Avoid -- Shoddy Merch – Everything I buy from Trixie & Peanut falls apart! I bought a wedding dress for our dog (for $80!) to be in our wedding and the flowers were falling off by the time I got it home. Yesterday I told the salesgirl I wanted to buy a toy for a friend's new puppy and liked a toy on the shelf but the stuffing was coming out. She said she had one in the back that was in great shape.
