Needs to Work on Customer Service – My wife, daughters, and I have been to Trixie and Peanut on numerous occasions. Each time the level of customer service has been very disappointing. I'm a small business owner myself and it astounds me how the business continues to provide poor customer service even though it is very evident that this is something they need to work on. The staff is rude, disinterested and completely unhelpful. It's that simple. – I've been to the store a few times, most recently to buy a sweater for my dog and the staff told me they didn't have his size in stock. best dog supplies anywhere! – Have a toy dog? This is the complete one-stop shopping place for it. The service is GREAT and the quality of the items is well-made and substantial - a world away from other dog clothes or dogbeds I have purchased in the past. Three cheers for Trixie + Peanut! – I just can not walk by Trixie + Peanut without going in and getting at least a little something for my Frenchie, Boogie! Every time I go there I'm pretty much dazzled by the incredible array of merchandise. Everything is so adorable and fun that my boyfriend, Ben, often has to drag me out of there! Great Atmosphere and Fantastic Products – I have been shopping on-line at Trixie and Peanut since I got my puppy last year. I have always loved their products and their website is very easy to use. I recently moved to NYC and was pleasently surprised at how friendly the staff at the store were. They were very knowledgable and eager to help out with any questions I had and were very attentative to my dog. I GUESS THE FAMILY BUSINESS OWNERS NEED HELP WITH THEIR STAFFING – I'm so glad to see that I was not the only one who has experienced the worst customer service ever, at Trixie and Peanut. Don't shop here! – The staff was rude to my girlfriend and even though I told her not to, bought a dress anyways. Two days after we brought the dress home, it ripped. We went to exchange it and the clerk told us there was nothing she could do. We asked to speak with the owner and he told us there was nothing he could do. The Best for Pets! – After reading all the reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service and great prices I found at Trixie & Peanut. Being a new dog owner, I found the staff exceptionally helpful and attentive to both me and my puppy. They were also honest & not at all pushy: the salesperson even discouraged me from purchasing a pricey collar, recommending that I wait until my dog was full-grown - which I really appreciate now, since my dog has already doubled in size!
