Some of the service was great, some not so. Tripps were really accommodating with short notice when we needed to move dates, although they wouldn’t have been able to move us on our original date anyway as it turns out. The guys that turned up to move us out were minimal in communication, verging on confrontational - unfortunately it made a stressful situation worse. Moving home is a very fraught time for anyone but Tripp Removals are an excellent and positive force in reducing the stress. Alfie was fantastic. He alone tackled the packing of every single item to be moved - taking the same care with each item, regardless of fragility. This was a relentless, tedious task over two days but Alfie was upbeat and totally focused all the way through. The day of the removal, his colleague Adam joined him.
