I’ve been going for a few weeks, and it’s been such a game-changer for me. From the very first time I walked through the doors, I was made to feel welcome—one of the staff even offered me a tour without me needing to ask, which instantly put me at ease. A great little gym, with all your requirements. The changing rooms are clean, with good facilities, lockers are provided, ( you will need a pound ) the equipment is clean and modern and a good selection of free weights. My go to the gym when I am in the area. Well worth a visit.
