While I understand people need to learn , maybe while they are learning they need supervision. Hands down worse experience I have had here and won't be coming back but I know one customer doesn't make a difference. Also asked for a hot towel shave which in every place I have been including this place, has been a foil shave, followed by cream , hot towel ( left on for more than 5 seconds ) and then finally razor blade. Been coming here for the last 2 years strictly, Sam especially, great service, great shop with lots of fun inside whilst you wait for your cut, pool table, tv, PlayStation, fifa, very clean toilets all round 5 stars definitely recommend
