Been attending Triline training sessions since Jan 23 and what can I say but a fantastic coach, fantastic group who are all very welcoming to new members plenty of banter which is great when your getting wet through sometimes as an amputee I can’t do some of the exercises the others can and Abe is very aware of this and makes adjustments for this.

My husband, children and I all go to Tri line session and my husband has PT sessions with Abe. We love the group and the encouragement and expertise from Abe.

I've been attending these sessions for 5+ years now and would highly recommend them. Working in a team environment, they suit all ages and abilities, and every session is different. Never repetitive and never boring. It can be hard work but you are always supported and encouraged by everyone. There's always plenty of laughs to be had as well, with many friendships formed over the years. You can't beat the location either...... who wouldn't want Wrest Park as their playground! 😊
