Everything was great I don't have any complaints
Dr. Ummareddy is the best dentist. I've always hated going to the dentist and I needed extensive work. He removed my fears. He is very thorough, professional, calm and caring. He explains every aspect of the process, including the price. He is what a dentist "should be".
I've been going to this dentist practice for 3 years now. They made a few changes to make the place great.
My experience at Trident Family Dentistry by far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Ummareddy carefully explained his plan of action which included cost. He wanted to be sure I was comfortable with his plan. He is what a dentist should be, calm, professional and caring.
Staff needs to be more friendly. U just don't feel welcome. I really like the dentist he was great. But u really need to do something about the staff. Even tho in message they were rude.
