Katherine is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. After making my booking online she contacted me and discussed my issues and worries prior to my appointment, making me feel at ease straight away. At my appointment she was extremely thorough, going through all of my blood test results and past history. Would highly recommend a visit. I’ve had scalp issues for years, seen various trichologists, tried various prescribed shampoos and treatments and nothing worked. After 1 consultation, finally a remedy! It’s easy to maintain, doesn’t dry my hair out and my scalp feels and looks so much better. I’ve found my forever shampoo! Even smells nice. Won’t go anywhere else now. Was a pleasure, Thankyou so much!
If you are dealing with hair loss of any kind I highly recommend Katherine, she is very knowledgeable and professional. I have been to several places to try and find out what my issue is, finally Katherine game me some answers. I could feel that she genuinely cared.
