Saw this gym come advertised online through various social media platforms and it definitely caught my eye. I’ve been at Tribe for over a year now and it’s completely changed my mindset towards exercise and weights in particular. The group dynamic is fantastic and no matter what weight you are lifting, the team support you to achieve bigger and better week on week. The programme on the app has helped me to have the confidence in the gym, away from Tribe, to continue the training and stay consistent. Even on the least motivated of days, Jake has encouraged me through the sessions and I’ve left feeling happy with what I’ve achieved!
