Hassan made sure that he understands my requirements with the cars are have been looking at online. Being my first Lexus and my first vehicle in US Hassan made the whole experience very quick. He looked as all the details of my eligibility and worked with me on the numbers that made the entire process worth an experience.
Hassan, my salesman, was no-nonsense when it counted and very helpful when needed. The negotiation process was stress free. I didn't get the deal I wanted the first day, but when they were able to make it he contacted me that day. Aside from test driving, the entire decision was made in about 15 minutes total. The financing department had the coolest tech gadgets for signing paperwork, and they didn't stray a penny from what Hassan and I discussed. My salesman, Hassan Ghamlouch did a great job at helping me get my new 2018 Lexus IS. He was willing to work around my budget and I was able to leave with a brand new car lease. Hassan even assisted me in removing some things from my older car to the new one. He and the other staff members made sure to explain all features in the vehicle before I left. I would not hesitate in recommending Hassan as a salesman as well as this dealership.
This must be the worst Lexus retailer in the country. Their General Sales Manager, Ted, who conducts himself like the "führer," is a total moron. He treats his staff like jackasses and they all obey him because they have no other choice. He has no respect for anyone including the customers whom he tries to "crack" on every deal. Every 3 years I go see Jim Nicoletti for a new Lexus LX 570 SUV, and each time it's always a great experience.. He knows exactly what options I want and tries to already have the truck there when I meet with him. If you want a great experience buying a Lexus go see Jim.
I just leased my first Lexus from Jim Nicoletti and it was a terrific experience to lease an amazingly beautiful car. I love my IS 300 F-sport, and its everything Jim said it was and more. And, it's also great in the snow and has had a lot of practice since I got it. If you want a Lexus I highly recommend seeing Jim.
Terrible customer service and terrible staff. It’s all about the sale. If they even smell no sale they ignore you. GM does not care to talk to potential customers and is kept well insulted by his staff. This kind of “service” starts at the top. If you buy, what can you expect for the next several years? There are much better dealers that live up to the Lexus level of service one expects.
My salesman, Hassan Ghamlouch, has made my experience at Tri county unbelievably positive every time I've been there. And, this is my second Lexus with him. My daughter and her husaband also have 2 Lexus because of this young man. Quality vehicles, quality people! That about sums up the experience every time at Tri County Lexus!
Hassan is great - he is an honest broker of information and will help you navigate the new + used car options at Tri County and make the entire process go smoothly. He goes above and beyond -- taking the time to explain all of the car features, etc. Hands down the best vehicle purchase experience I have had.
