Recently turned in my current lease that initially purchased from Tri county and got into a new lease. I worked with Ivan Nunez in new car sales and he was amazing. My husband and I received horrible customer service on 10/11/19 and 10/12/19 from Tommy, Lillian Malaki, Brian Sattelberger and Andy Jiminan while trying to spend $45,000 on a Lexus RX 350. No one wanted to talk to us or call us back. Out of state customers don’t seem very welcome.
My husband & I have been dreaming of a Lexus for months. When the lease was almost up on our Corolla, we started making calls to local Lexus dealerships. Most seemed unwilling to speak with us, and only wanted to make an in person appointment. We spoke with a salesman named Brian, who took the time to answer our questions and we did not feel pressured like we had other places. We ultimately made an appointment to come in, and are very happy we did. The Lexus of our dreams now sits in the driveway : )
