If you're buying a new Lexus, go see Jim Nicolletti. I lesed an 2018 IS 300 AWD and the car is bth sporty and winter practical. Jim made it very easy to say "I'll take it" after the test drive.
Their service department is the worst that I’ve ever experienced in my life they don’t know how to fix anything they put people at risk with huge safety issues they charge top dollar to only make matters worse I would never ever ever recommend this dealership to anybody if you Google Feedback there’s many many customers that say the same thing so it’s not only me I should’ve looked at their ratings before I purchased another one
Got my car washed today, but when I bring my car for service they are very accommodating and nice.
I rarely write reviews good or bad but I just could not help myself on this one. This dealership is the absolute BEST! I have been shopping for a new vehicle for months. I am a special case because of back problems which made me gun shy to pull the trigger on a purchase. I ended up working with Beyjan. He was a Godsend.
