Horrible!!! They don’t come through in what they promise. Go elsewhere for a car!! Absolutely the worst dealership experience I have ever had!! Our salesperson Danielle played dumb as to the promise she made us verbally and through text. The finance guy gives attitude and good luck with the receptionist, who speaks to you while she is texting in her cell! The general manager, Rob was the least helpful. I recently had the pleasure of working with Danielle. She not only convinced me of the superiority of Lexus over the Audi I was about to purchase but was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will be buying my car from her this week and have already recommended her to other friends and family. If you are in the market I would make sure to ask for her. She didn’t make buying a car feel like sales as per norm but rather just dealing with a friend.
Because I used to work in Customer Service, I consider myself very demanding and expect excellent service. That is just the type of service I received from Hassan. He was an excellent representative of the organization. Congratulations!
