What a joke this dealer is. Lies after lies. To think I bought three cars from them going on my fourth. You want a Lexus go to Lexus of Engle wood.
I went to the dealership today thinking I was only "eye shopping" but ended up leaving with a new car. Beyjan Itez was super helpful! RecommendedI was in the market for a used Lexus. I went to Tri-County Lesus and Justin was my salesperson. Unfortunately the car I wanted was sold minutes before he could finalize the deal but thankfully he was able to find the same one with the same features and less miles. I've been driving Lexus's for 15 years, but my growing family and their friends, made me need a 7 seated SUV. I didn't want a minivan or a "gas-sucker", so I asked Jim Nicoletti about the new 7-seater RX 350. He had me come in and take it for a test drive, and it was fantastic, blew me away. It's so easy to access the 3rd row and there's enough space for 2 teenagers. The best thing is that it drives like the RX 350 I've known for years. Thank Jim for all of your help!
I love my new RX 350 and its because of Jim Nicoletti at Tri County Lexus. I was hesitant to go from a car to an SUV, nut Jim made the decision easy. He's knowledgeable, easy going and very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Jim if you're looking for a new Lexus.
Talked with Hassan over the phone about a vehicle we were interested in . We were coming from 3 hours away, he was very quick and efficient in giving us extra pictures and information about the vehicle . He even got us a deal we couldn’t resist over the phone. When we arrived the car was ready and pulled up for us to look at it and was everything he had promised. He was also very comical and made the process of purchasing a new car go quick and easy. There comes a time when you need a 4 door car, but want to drive a coupe. When it came for me, my best friend referred me to Jim at Tri County Lexus. His knowledge about the Lexus cars helped lead me to a sedan that drives like a coupe, the ES 350. It's an amazing car, thank you Jim.
With Jim Nicoletti, it's always an easy buying process. I leased an NX for my wife and she loves it. She didn't want a huge SUV, so Jim recommended we test drive the NX. We did and my life fell in love with it. It's everything you want in an SUV, and its not a monster that takes up the entire driveway or doesn't fit in the garage. It's a great SUV. Jim, you were right.
