If you want an easy no haggle purchasing experience, go see Jim at Tri County Lexus. We did everything over the phone. The next day I went in to pick up my wife's new ES 350, and Jim helped me to make it a surprise for her. That's great service and treatment.

This is my second Lexus in 3 years from Tri-County. Went in busy not expecting to buy a car. First time was a good experience but this time Hassan made this the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I laid out the car I wanted and my budget and he was able to make it happen. Got a great deal on a left over 2017. Felt good to be driving my new Lexus for the rest of the weekend. If you need a Lexus, Hassan is your guy.

Worst customer service ever!! I recently purchased a used 2016 Lexus IS 300 and without my knowledge they added a Tire and Rim protection without my knowledge. I called back to ask Chris in finance why this was done and he said Andy the salesman should have discussed this with me, which he did not.
