Excellent sales experience. Mario hit it out of the ballpark for us. He was so helpful, reachable at all hours of the day, by text, by phone- even stayed until midnight to work around my work schedule to help me take home my car the same day! I came to tri county Lexus and was greeted by Mario. We sat down and went over all the new and used models on the lot. All my questions and concerns were handled with respect professionalism and above all a non rushed or pressured situation. Best experience at a dealership to date. I just leased a new Lexus NX from Jim Nicolletti and am a very happy customer. I was torn between the IS and the NX. Jim ad both cars cleaned and ready to test drive when I got there. He thoroughly explained each vehicle to me and we test drove both. I decided to go with the NX and have an SUV for the first time. Jim guided me without any pressure. Thank you Jim!
I leased an IS 300 for my daughter from Jim Nicolletti. It's her first new car. She wanted a sporty can and I wanted a very safe car with all wheel drive. The IS 300 is both of these and more. It's fun to drive and will be ale to make it through a Massachusetts winter when my daughter goes back to college. Thank you Jim for making a 19 year old girl dry happy. And, I'll see you in 6 months for a new RX 350.
