Was given a SEX HOTLINE to call in regards to my concern about charges from my previous Lexus. This place has been nothing but a nightmare and a scam! This is my second vehicle with them and I will NEVER go to them again. This is the manager and his grammar/email response is already unprofessional to begin with and then gives me a sex hotline to call???? Beyond offended!!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Very unprofessional staff, especially Kevin. He would not stop lying to my face and, while finalizing the deal, brought up extra charges that you wouldn't have to pay at most other dealerships, charging me $1500 for a used car as a fee and calling it the "predelivery charge". Also, the team, especially Kevin, act like they know everything and claimed that the credit score went up to 900, and that he has seen instances where the customer had a 900 credit score. I normally never write reviews, BUT I have to say that Jim Nicoletti made our experience so easy this past week. He was straight forward and had an amazing disposition. If you're heading down to Tri-County, I would highly recommend dealing with him.
