I bought my 2011 IS 250 AWD from Kelvin, and i love em. He and I had argument for the first day, but he tried his best to match my price range. On a second day, we had agreement on a certain price range which i was fine with it. Thanks Kelvin, Later on I'll buy another Lexus from you guys. Went in to shop prices on a new Lexus. My service rep Christopher rosado was amazing!! Down to earth and really helped answer any questions and concerns I had. Made me feel comfortable and even brought my daughter a coloring book to keep her entertained!! Overall great service from Chris!! Will def recommend him to friends and family!!
I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Christopher Rosado took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Christopher Rosado. It was worth the hour drive to tri-county Lexus. �
